I’m Zeeshan Saleem - an investment consultant who reads every plot the way a builder does.
Our family has been building across Rawalpindi and Islamabad for more than 45 years, and that combined legacy shapes every piece of advice I give. Before I recommend a plot, I think about the soil, the access road, the approvals and the true cost of the house that will one day stand on it.
Today I work from the Faisal Town Head Office on advisory and business operations, guide investors as a Senior Investment Advisor at IMARAT, and run Khan Saleem & Sons - our independent residential and commercial construction practice.
